About APEX

APEX logo

APEX (Allied Power Exercise) is an international cyber exercise launched in 2024 to strengthen global cybersecurity cooperation and solidarity.

The exercise is conducted through a cyberwarfare scenario based on a fictional interstate conflict in the Indo-Pacific. Twenty-four countries from the Americas, Europe, and the Indo-Pacific region participate as the Blue Team to strengthen intergovernmental joint-response capabilities and cyber defense.

In 2026, a new AI-driven Blue Team will be formed to field-test advanced technologies and autonomous defense capabilities against AI-driven intelligent threats, and to present a next-generation model for allied cyber defense.
